How to Challenge another Character for their Position

Step 1: Contact Grimmjow with the following information

Hey,

I would like to challenge <Insert Username>'s character <Insert Character Name> for their position of <Insert Position tittle> in <Insert side name (Domei, Shiro tora, etc)>.

I am available for the challenge on <Date and time and for how long you're available for the challenge to take place>

Thank you.

Step 2: Grimmjow will contact the person you wish to challenge and check that they are available at the same time.

Step 3: Grimmjow will inform you whether the challenge is a go or if times need to be changed.

Step 4: In the Position change area Grimmjow will post with the setting and challenge information out of character

Step 5: Both parties fight it out.

Step 6: Grimmjow will analyze and grade both parties and decided the true winner.

Grades are based on RP ability, give and take quality and Sportsmanship.

Step 7: Grimmjow will tell both parties who won and change the positions of those characters, if necessary.
