Hmm, well for Kido, you can probably fuse a couple techniques together, like what Hinamori did when against Harribels fraccion, or what Rukia did when fighting the 9th espada using a double incantation. But other than that I highly doubt you can have a custom kido.
But you can have custom moves obviously when in a release state (Like in shikai, bankai, resurreccion, ect)
Other people may say otherwise so ???
